Read below. Save yourself the stress and time use a different app! Original rating...Been using it for years for our small business! Does a great job keeping us updated on IRS changes. Easy to make mileage enties and send reports. Update. Can not access ant entries I made for the last year. Have contacted via support button and email several times no response. I will have to re enter everything into a new app!!!! Customer service of this app is horrible .
Great app but will no longer export data. Like other posters here I was a big fan of this app but something has gone badly wrong and it no longer exports and no responses. Its really sad as it was by far the easiest app to use. All the others are too fiddly. I will keep it in the hope it gets mended but will go back to pen and paper.
Reports no longer are printable. Bad format.
I have also been using this app for many years and as a lot of others below discovered I could no longer export mileage reports for tax purposes. Developer does not respond and it seems app has been abandoned. Seems to be a permissions issue with newer versions of android. Since I had a lot of records I was motivated to find a way to export my data. I installed android-x86 as a virtual machine on my pc, restored milagetracker from my google one backup and was able to export and email my reports. This takes a bit of work but it does work and was much faster than re-entering all my data.
I've been using this app for over 3 years. It is very easy to use and does a fantastic job.
I started using this app in 2013 and have always loved it until now. I have been using the paid version for several years, but it no longer backs up the data nor can I export the data to a CSV file for my tax reporting. I've tried emailing support (Chris) several times with NO REPLY. This is a terrible way to treat customers, but do they care? Evidently the answer is NO. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS, and especially DON'T BUY IT!! What was once great, now seems to be a SCAM.
UPDATE ON 3/3/2022 I have sent numerous emails to the company. They don't respond. DO NOT PURCHASE! It used to be a good app. I have been using the paid version. Now, the attached data is EMPTY! DO NOT INSTALL I can record data to the app, BUT, when I send it to my pc to put in my spread sheet, it don't open anymore.
Terrible app, can't send reports to email. don't use, no customer support
Used to be good app. Useless now. Cannot backup or print report. No help from customer service. Don't bother with this app
Worked well for years, but tried to get my annual report this year and it wouldn't send it. Sent request for support and got no answer.
